Kwik.insure Affiliate Guide to Fraud-Free Activity

      As we grow our member base and more ambassadors join Kwik.insure's goal in getting more people adequately insured, we cannot avoid incidents where some uses Kwik.insure's name, whether unintentional or not. We understand that majority of our affiliates are new to this endeavor, and so we came up with the below guide to help you create fraud-free content !

1. Affiliates are not allowed to create fake social pages of Kwik.insure and/or use the name “Kwik.insure”, “kwik.insure” or any name owned by Kwik.insure Corporation. See below example of what your pages SHOULD NOT look like.
   

1. If affiliates would like to create social pages, websites, blogs, or any other similar channels for the purpose of promoting Kwik.insure as an affiliate, the affiliate MUST include either of the words “affiliate”, “ambassador”, their affiliate code/link, or any word that would identify them as an affiliate of Kwik.insure in the profile name, username, display name, etc. For example, “Kwik.insure Affiliate”, “Kwik.insure Ambassador – jdoe". See the perfect example below from one of our ambassadors. 
   

1. Affiliates are not allowed to use the name “Kwik.insure” or “kwik.insure” as standalone.  
2. Affiliates MUST also include the below DISCLAIMER in their pages:
   This is an UNOFFICIAL PAGE of Kwik.insure managed by an affiliate. This page is in no way connected to or related to Kwi.insure and does not represent their products and services.  
3. Affiliates who violate these terms will receive 3 (three) warnings from the Kwik.insure affiliate team. Failure to comply despite the warnings will result in complete termination of the person’s affiliate account and any accumulated earnings not yet paid out. 
   
1. Warning 1: The affiliate will receive an email from affiliate@kwik.insure 
2. Warning 2: After 3 days of inaction or feedback from the affiliate, a text message shall be sent. 
3. Warning 3: After 2 days of inaction or feedback from the affiliate, a phone call shall be made. 
   
4. Termination of Account: If no response is given after all of the attempts to communicate with the affiliate, the affiliate’s Kwik.insure account as well as all pending earnings shall be terminated.
